
Anthony T. “Tony” Golden is the founder and managing partner of the Golden Firm. He concentrates his practice in the areas of estate planning, estate administration, trust matters and complex taxation for private clients and high net worth families. In addition, Mr. Golden frequently assists clients with real estate, business and investment matters. He represents both domestic and international clients.
Prior to starting his own firm, Mr. Golden was a longtime partner in the Miami office of Shutts & Bowen, LLP, one of Florida’s largest law firms. In addition to the practice of law, Mr. Golden has also served as an adjunct professor in the University of Miami School of Law graduate LL.M. program in Estate Planning, teaching the course in Federal Wealth Transfer Tax to new estate planning attorneys.
Mr. Golden has extensive experience with the most sophisticated estate planning and taxation techniques for clients. He represents both trustees and personal representatives in estate and trust matters and he has been recognized for his skill in resolving family disputes through negotiation and mediation rather than litigation. Mr. Golden represents clients throughout the South Florida area.
